That said, as our blends contain added vitamins and minerals, it's worth keeping an eye on your overall intake, especially if you're taking high-dose supplements. If you're ever unsure, a quick check with your GP or nutritionist will point you in the right direction.

Spruce is made with natural ingredients and is free from caffeine and sugar, making it a great way to stay hydrated during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As with anything during this time, we'd always recommend checking in with your midwife or GP first, and keeping an eye on your overall vitamin intake by checking the back of pack, as our blends do contain added vitamins and minerals.
