Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We aim to expand international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Processing Times Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method. We may offer free standard delivery on qualifying orders — any such promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card and may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to a redelivery charge.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@spruce-water.com with photos and your order number.
