Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions If you have purchased a Spruce product on a subscription basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

How to Cancel To cancel a subscription or recurring purchase, please log in to your account on spruce-water.com and manage your subscription from your account dashboard, or contact us directly at hello@spruce-water.com with your order details.

Cancellation Deadline Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal/dispatch date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Cancellations received after this window may result in one final order being processed and dispatched.

Refunds on Subscriptions As our products are food/consumable items, we are unable to offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been dispatched and received, unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Your Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
