We recommend 3 to 6 sachets a day to enjoy the optimum combination of hydration and vitamin intake. Spruce has been carefully designed to encourage hydration, while providing a high level of essential vitamins in each serve. Each sachet contains 40 to 50% of the RDA for each vitamin, and you can safely consume up to 500% of the RDA.
Yes! Once you pick your bundle, you can then choose your flavours on the next page. It’ll default to an even split, but you can use the “+” and “-” next to each flavour to add or remove flavours as you wish.
Mix one sachet with still or sparkling water to make a refreshing drink. Here’s how: 1. Tap the sachet to release the powder, 2. Tear the sachet to open, 3. Tip the powder into an empty glass or bottle, and 4. Top with still or sparkling water, and enjoy

Spruce is made from real fruits, all-natural, free from any preservatives or additives, and plastic-free. This means Spruce is made to be drunk! Keep your Spruce in an airtight container or, put it in the fridge.
