We recommend 3 to 6 sachets a day to enjoy the optimum combination of hydration and vitamin intake. Spruce has been carefully designed to encourage hydration, while providing a high level of essential vitamins in each serve. Each sachet contains 40 to 50% of the RDA for each vitamin, and you can safely consume up to 500% of the RDA.
Yes! Once you pick your bundle, you can then choose your flavours on the next page. It’ll default to an even split, but you can use the “+” and “-” next to each flavour to add or remove flavours as you wish.
